The small size of the class made it easier to discuss processes and concepts in a way that made the subject matter relevant and applicable to everyone.

Instructor has plenty of examples to give to show that Lean is present in all types of work, whether it be manufacturing, finance, Human Resources etc. He has a way of keeping people's attention , and to keep them interested into wanting to learn more. Great class and great instructor.
