Very obvious instructor is a subject matter expert. Provided ?real world? examples.
Instructor was a great. He explained principles well and used real life examples to aid in our understanding of the concepts.
The best section was the Process Variable Mapping steps. Breaking down how that relationship works and how the conveyer belt looks like was great. Secondly was the FMEA overview and Quiz exercise we did. It was really awesome made me had to apply that logic to my workplace and I encourage more of that especially in webinars. The more interaction possible the better.
