The pace of material, the engagement of the participants and instructor's presentation were all excellent. It made the days go by very quickly.

It was kept on time. It moved fast. It blended book and real life together. Started with wide overview and then got more into it.
Instructor was a wonderful that kept the team engaged. When deviating from the course material is served a purposed to paint a larger picture that ties back to the material. The experience was truly wonderful because of him.

All of the material is great and helpful, however in these types of situations the instructor is what makes the course sustainable.

I appreciated the fact that instructor often asked for feedback and made sure to include everyone. There were a few times where, I thought that I wasn't grasping as much as maybe the others in the room were but it seemed like instructor (or the course) anticipated that and has us do exercises shockingly closer to the times where I was feeling that way and provided silent, discreet encouragement.
Very interesting concept of organizational change and (Cutting the Fat) defect reduction
The class size was small, which made this feel like a one on one type of course. Very easy and comfortable to ask questions.

Instructor was using the white board to visualize things and he asked all of attendees inputs during the session. I was so focused on each sessions. It was a great session using the real life examples out there.
