I liked the course content and the tools provided in order to help during process/project improvement in my job. Instructor was also a great and provided a ton of real life practical examples.

I always value the interaction of the course regardless of it is with me directly only because it gives makes it more interesting and feels better than just being spoken at which I find that type of learning hard. So it was great to have such engagement from the instructor.
what I liked the most about the course was the they kept me tuned in by interacting with the hole class along with providing plenty of breaks whitch made it fun it also made time go by faster.
Instructor was using the white board to visualize things and he asked all of attendees inputs during the session. I was so focused on each sessions. It was a great session using the real life examples out there.
