The hands on application of the process preparing diagrams and strategies to building processes were very helpful and broke up the content. Some of the videos were good for application on both the service and manufacturing side. The day was well structured.
Having a small class really helped get individual support. I appreciated practical examples from George and his willingness to take the time to tie in the concepts to the transactional industry for me. Thank you!!
Our instructor, was very engaging. He had real-world examples that he shared in story format which helped to demonstrate the application of the Six Sigma methodology. He ensured we had an understanding of the materials before we moved on and, because our group was so small, we were able to cover all of the material quickly. He is an excellent teacher.

The one-day White Belt course provided an excellent overview of Lean Six Sigma practices and included a practical exercise in designing a project.
I feel like although it was just a one day white belt training that I was able to take away practical applications that could be immediately applied to my job the next day.
The frequent breaks were helpful. I liked that we were able to work on our own real world projects. It almost didn't feel like I was away from work for three days since I was using work related projects for the individual/group activities.
The real-world applicable stories! Instructor has so much experience and at anytime we had trouble understanding a concept or how it could be applied, he told a story of how he has used it in the past. It was a lot to take in for a week, but the applicable real-world stories were the most relevant to me.
