Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training and Certification Program Learning Outcomes
The curriculum for the Six Sigma Master Black Belt training and certification was created so that the statistical knowledge of certified Black Belts would lead to a higher level of understanding, focusing on the elements used most often with Six Sigma projects. Each topic is introduced with an overview of the material Black Belts have already attained, and the goal is to cultivate a greater appreciation and understanding of the DMAIC roadmap.
This instruction will develop future Six Sigma Master Black Belts that have the statistical awareness required to be leaders of future four-week Black Belt programs and will give Black Belts the capacity to make difficult decisions with a straight-forward approach.
The Six Sigma Master Black Belt program must cover material beyond statistical methodology, and 6Sigma.us has found that most companies are well-versed in the areas of teaming, leadership, finance, and presentation skills.
As an accredited provide of IACET, 6Sigma.us is authorized to offer students 6.8 CEUs. Global Six Sigma dba Six Sigma.us has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Global Six Sigma dba as Six Sigma.us has been approved by PMI to issue PDUs for your courses. This course provides 60 PDUs for successful completion of the Master Black Belt training and required exams.
