6Sigma.us is approved through March 03, 2018 under the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) program for its training services.

As a TXMAS Contract Holder, 6Sigma.us offers special pricing to state government agencies. This pricing is only available to STATE government agencies.  The TXMAS program pricing is based on the GSA pricing schedule for federal agencies.

Open Enrollment Classes

 

Six Sigma White Belt Leader – $340.26 – One day Open Enrollment Lean Six Sigma Overview. Provides a high level introduction to Lean and Six Sigma Methods including a history, how are these methods used, types of projects, how to identify projects and roles in an organization.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt – $425.54 – 2 day Open Enrollment Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt tools training. Attendees learn the fundamental tools used to process map and prioritize process inputs. No prerequisites required.

Six Sigma Green Belt – $2,984.77 – 8.5 day Open Enrollment Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification training. Attendees learn the commonly used concepts of the DMAIC process improvement road map to lead process improvement projects in their own environments. Project required for Certification. No Prerequisites.

Six Sigma Black Belt after Green Belt (2 week program) – $3,411.17 – 8 day Open Enrollment Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Available to those that are already Green Belt trained. This option is available to individuals that have completed our Green Belt or an equivalent program in the past. Students must be able to provide proof of their Green Belt.

Six Sigma Black Belt (4 week program) – $6,395.94 – 16.5 Open Enrollment day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. 4 week Six Sigma Black Belt program (includes Green Belt). Black Belts go through Green Belt plus an additional 2 weeks of advanced statistical tools training. Project required for certification.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt – $4,242.64 – 8.5 Open Enrollment day Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Two week Master Black Belt certification. Prerequisite of Black Belt required along with project and training experience.

Lean Introduction – $724.87 – 2 day Open Enrollment Lean Introduction. First 2 days of Lean Fundamentals, provides an introduction to Lean concepts as well as basic Lean tools.

Lean Fundamentals – $1,705.58 – 4 Day Open Enrollment Lean Fundamentals. Program focuses on the most commonly used Lean methods to help improve processes. Lean focuses on Waste reduction process efficiency and flow. No prerequisites.


Online Classes

Online White Belt – $85.43 – Online Self Paced training provides a high level introduction to Lean and Six Sigma Methods including a history, how are these methods used, types of projects, how to identify projects and roles in an organization.

Online Yellow Belt – $171.73 – Online self paced training, learn the fundamental tools used to process map and prioritize process inputs for Six Sigma projects.. No prerequisites required.

Online Green Belt – $1,376.40 – Online self paced. Learn the commonly used concepts of the DMAIC process improvement road map to lead process improvement projects in their own environments. Green Belt Cert-w/SW with hardcopy manual, Minitab software included Certification. No Prerequisites.

Online Black Belt – $1,721.57 – Online self paced Six Sigma Black Belt program (includes Green Belt). Black Belts go through Green Belt plus an additional 2 weeks of advanced statistical tools training. Black Belt Certification Program – with hardcopy manual, no software included.

Online Lean Fundamentals – $689.49 -Online self paced training that covers the fundamental Lean methods used in all industries to reduce waste and improve process flow. Includes Project certification.

Minitab 16 Perpetual License – $862.94 – Minitab Single user perpetual license.


Onsite Classes

Onsite Black Belt after Green Belt – $25,888.31 – 8 day Onsite Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Available to those that are already Green Belt trained. Training for up to 10 attendees.. Onsite Master Black Belt – $32,360.39 – 8.5 Onsite day Six Sigma Master Black Belt Two week Master Black Belt certification. Prerequisite of Black Belt required along with project and training experience. Training for up to 10 attendees.

Onsite Lean Introduction – $5,177.66 – First 2 days of Lean Fundamentals, provides an introduction to Lean concepts as well as basic Lean tools. Training up to 10 attendees.
